# Refunds

### Platform Subscription

We provide 7-day refunds of any payments made towards subscriptions. While we try to offer pretty affordable plans for everyone, we hope you can try out the platform in a reasonable amount of time.

If there is an error in sending the payment (eg. incorrect amount) that is not caused by us, we cannot be held accountable to provide an immediate refund. In some certain conditions, we may decline the request.

However, we kindly recommend that you check the pricing plans in more detail to get a better understanding of what you will get before proceeding with any transaction.

### Web Services

Regarding our web services (design & development), we provide refunds for any type of projects. It is important to note that a cancelation fee of 20% of the project value will be applied.

This fee is intended to cover various costs associated within the process.

Refunds can be requested a maximum of 72 hours after successful payment. Once we get the request and approve it, you should receive your refund within 1-7 business days.

Keep in mind, there are several stages in Web Design and Development Services (expert hiring). Once the project moves to the development stage after the wireframe is approved, it is considered a complete process.

At this point, it is important to note that any payments made for the project are non-refundable.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.weallspace.com/account/refunds.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
