Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using our website (“Service/s”) operated by Weallspace (“us” “we” “our”). Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance and compliance with these Terms.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users and other people who access or use the Service. You guarantee that you are at least 18 years old and legally by law able to sign a binding contract.

These Terms can change anytime without notice. You are fully responsible to understand the most current Terms that apply.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by the Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these conditions you may not access the Service.

Content

Our services allow you to send, link, store, share and provide information, text, graphics, videos or certain other material (“Content”). You are responsible for the Content that you post to the Service, including its legality, reliability and suitability.

By posting Content to the Service, you give us the right and license to use, modify, do publicly, publicly display, reproduce and distribute the Content on and through the Service. You retain all and all of your rights to any Content that you submit, post or display on or through the Service and you are responsible for protecting those rights. You agree that this license includes the right for us to make your Content available to other users of the Service, who can also use your Content subject to these Terms.

You represent and warrant that:

1. The Content is yours (you own it) or you have the right to use it and give us the rights and licenses as specified in these Terms.

2. You are agree that your Content on or through the Service does not violate any law that applies in Indonesia, privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights, or any other rights from anyone.

Furthermore, you warrant that:

1. Content will not cause you or us to violate any law, regulation, rule, code or other legal obligation.

2. Content will not or cannot be deemed to be naturally obscene, inappropriate, defamatory, obscene, incitement, offensive, pornographic, threatening, abusive, can incite racial hatred, discriminate, blaspheme, violate certain beliefs or religions, or violate the privacy rights of others.

3. Content is not a brand or product of cigarettes, vape, drugs, foods derived from pork, dogs, cats, and animals that are in protected and/or rare status, as well as animals that are considered unusual for consumption by most of the world's population (exotic). We also strongly prohibit beverage products containing beer, alcohol, and others that have the potential to cause unconsciousness and/or have dangerous side effects.

4. Content will not be unsolicited, undisclosed or invalid advertising.

5. The content does not relate to multi-level marketing or affiliate marketing, links, and programs.

6. The content does not promote work from home and make money online type of promotions.

7. The content does not contain cryptocurrency (ex: ICOs or trading).

8. The content does not contain complex financial services offering.

9. The content will not promote/sell/display pharmaceutical products.

10. The content does not relate to gambling services and products.

11. The content does not contain ideas, campaigns, and matters related to political views/parties, sexual/gender perspective, certain fundraising.

12. Content does not contain software viruses or computer code, files or programs designed to disrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any software, hardware or telecommunications equipment.

13. Content does not damage (abuse) us or the Service.

You agree to keep all records necessary to ensure that your Content does not violate any of the conditions mentioned in this clause and make such records available at our reasonable request.

We are not obliged to regularly monitor the accuracy or reliability of your Content that is put into the Service. We reserve the right to change or delete any Content at any time.

You acknowledge and agree that all Content that you provide on the Service will be publicly available information and you assume the risk involved with public disclosure.

Storage

The storage is intended as a depository of your web assets. We do not allow its use as cloud storage because it was not created for this specific purpose. Any violation can result account termination.

Features

We bring features to make your brand marketing success in terms of page development and online form creation. However, some features are not fully accessible due to limitation on your preference package.

For example, as of now payment gateways are only available on landing pages but not on online forms and e-commerce product feeds. Canva editor is also not available. To get further information on features, you can contact our support.

Page Moderation

We apply moderation before a website or landing page can be fully published. During moderation, the page will be scanned to avoid spam content. The duration of this action will vary for each page (from minutes to hours).

When the moderation is on process, your website or landing page cannot be displayed publicly. Nevertheless you're still able to edit and change content in the editor. But please note, moderation will start over again once you press 'Update' or 'Save & Confirm'.

Moderation will automatically become inactive if you update a page continuously for a long period of time after publication.

Contacts, Subscription, Newsletter

Every visitor of your website or landing pages should know and agree to your terms and privacy policy before subscribing to your contact lists. The same applies to people who are manually registered to your contact list.

We strictly disallow the collection of contacts for the purposes of distributing email or information which contains affiliation, spam, gambling, violence, drug sales, weapons, and any of the things listed above that are prohibited in the Content terms.

Account

After you make a payment, our administrator will verify and activate your account soon. This process will take up to 24 hours. You will be able to login using email address for product delivery (email for invoice updates) afterwards.

When you are using our Service, you must provide us with accurate, complete and up-to-date information at all times. Failure to do so is a violation of the Terms, which can result in the immediate termination of your account on our Services.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password you use to access the Service and for any activity or action under your account, whether your password within our Service or a third party service.

Domain

You can use your own custom domain or our default URL for your one-page websites or landing pages. The custom domain only applies for CNAME or subdomain.

If you already have domain from other providers, but are not familiar with how domain works, we highly suggest to not using "www" as your main CNAME on your website pages as it may rise confusion in the future. Please do not install-then-uninstall subdomain/CNAME as the system can only recognize one-time (1x) subdomain installation.

If you buy a domain from us, the root domain (eg. mybrand.com) will be connected to "www" CNAME as your default URL.

For example, when people click "mybrand.com", it will go to "www.mybrand.com" by default. Contact us if you want to change the default URL address.

Be aware that "mybrand.com/page" won't redirect you to "www.mybrand.com/page."

Domain activation process can take up to 72 hours after your account is activated by our administrator.

Email

In our bundle subscription, it includes custom email address with 10GB size for each email. The number and availability of email addresses depends on your package selection. The email can be accessed via https://weallspace.com/webmail.

Any mailboxes that have not been accessed for 100 clear days will be automatically deleted from our system.

Additional Service (Hiring an Expert)

We provide design and development service by request. The service is only valid for 1 (one) website page.

This service is based on one-off project, any content maintenance and design updates will not be included after its publication.

Refund

We apply 7-day money back guarantee on paid subscriptions. If there is an error in sending the payment (eg. incorrect amount) that is not caused by us, then we are not responsible for refunding any payment. Details of refunds can be checked here.

Billing

Our service is valid for one year and starts when your initial payment is verified successfully.

GDPR, Cookie Consent, Privacy Policy

As stated on GDPR.eu, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) imposes an obligation on organizations everywhere to seek permission, as long as they target or collect data relating to people in the EU.

Based on this regulation, if your visitors or target audience is EU residents, we recommend you to set a GDPR compliant cookie consent by enabling this feature on Page Settings or embedding an html script on your website or landing page and also add Privacy Policy. There are several third party companies that provide free and paid cookie consent banners such as 2GDPR, Cookiebot, CookiePro, Cookieyes, Cookie Script, Elfsight, Free Privacy Policy, iubenda, Termly, and others.

Termination

We have the right to cancel your plan subscription or terminate your account without prior notice if there is a violation of our terms. Furthermore, you may not be able to access your website after the termination. You may also unsubscribe to our email contact by choosing the unsubscribe option on the email updates which we have sent.
